You shouldn’t have to. AKVelora doesn’t charge a standard monthly retainer. Instead, i’m paid a percentage of the value of qualifying jobs that come in through the marketing i run for you. The percentage, and every rule behind it, is agreed with you in writing before any work begins.

Most SEO is sold as a fixed monthly fee. The invoice arrives whether the phone rings or not, and it’s hard to tell which of last month’s jobs, if any, came from it.
You pay the same in a busy month and a dead one. The agency is paid either way.
Rankings, impressions and traffic graphs. None of it tells you whether one new customer rang because of the work.
Ask what was done last month and you get a summary, not a list. So you keep paying and hoping.
Under this model, my income depends on the same thing yours does: new customers booking real jobs. There’s no standard fixed monthly retainer. If the marketing doesn’t bring in qualifying jobs, there’s no commission to pay on them.
That changes where the effort goes. Time is spent on the things most likely to make your phone ring: a Google Business Profile that wins the call, pages for the jobs you want more of, a steady flow of genuine reviews and listings that agree with each other. Not activity that only exists to fill a report.
A five-point check of your profile, website, listings, reviews and competitors. Yours to keep.
The work you want more of, what a typical job is worth, and how enquiries reach you today.
The percentage, what counts as a qualifying job and how it’s tracked. Agreed before anything starts.
The marketing goes live, new enquiries are recorded the agreed way, and commission applies only to qualifying jobs.
Before any work begins, you’ll see each of these written down in plain English, and nothing starts until you’re happy with them:
If any of it doesn’t feel fair, you don’t sign. The audit is still yours to keep.
Commission applies to qualifying jobs from new customers who found you through the marketing AKVelora runs, as defined in your written agreement.
Customers you already had, and their repeat work, aren’t commissionable unless you’ve both agreed otherwise in writing.
Word of mouth and referrals that have nothing to do with the marketing stay yours.
How enquiries are recorded is agreed at the start, so you can both see where each new job came from.
The person you speak to is the person doing the work. No account managers, no hand-offs.
While we work together, your direct local competitors can’t hire AKVelora.
Audits, pages, copy and profile improvements stay yours, even if we stop working together.
Nobody controls Google. Rankings, enquiries and revenue can’t be guaranteed, and AKVelora doesn’t promise them. What this model changes is that my income depends on the same result yours does.
It’s agreed individually, before any work begins. It depends on your trade, the jobs you want more of and what a typical job is worth, so one published number would be wrong for most businesses. You’ll have the figure in writing before you decide anything.
That’s settled at the start, not argued about later. Before work begins, we agree how new enquiries are recorded and what links a job to the marketing, so we’re both looking at the same picture.
Not automatically. Existing customers, their repeat work and referrals unrelated to the marketing aren’t commissionable unless we’ve both agreed otherwise in writing.
There’s no standard fixed monthly retainer under this model. If anything carries a third-party cost, such as a paid directory listing, you’ll be told before it’s signed up, and nothing that costs money happens without your approval.
Then there are no qualifying jobs to pay commission on. Nobody can guarantee rankings, enquiries or revenue, and AKVelora doesn’t. Results depend on your market, your competition and what you already have in place.
How long the agreement runs, and how either side can end it, are part of the written terms you’ll see before agreeing to anything. Nothing starts until you’re happy with them.
Yes. The audit is free and yours to keep, and plenty of owners action the quick wins themselves.
You’ll see where you stand: what’s working, what’s quietly costing you calls, and what we’d recommend next. Then the decision is entirely yours.
